Hans Alwin Beeck was born in Berlin in 1929. Music studies in Freiburg and Hamburg with Harald Genzmer and Ernst Gernot Klussmann. By profession music teacher at high schools and music schools. His oeuvre includes over 250 compositions in various formations from solo to large orchestra and is kept as a whole in the Staatsbibliothek Berlin. A list of the settings can be found on the Internet.
